2D Slenderman
The question of my bachelor thesis was: "Which factors of atmospheric fear gener-
ation that work in 3D horror games can also be applied to 2D games?". To answer
this question, I tried to design a 2D horror game myself, taking into account the
criteria and factors mentioned above. The challenge for me was to transfer estab-
lished 3D horror game approaches into 2D game mechanics.
